Founded in 1850 by a tenant farmer in Surry called Henry Cooper, COOPERS made its name by making wooden walking sticks. Establishing itself as a market leader in ambulatory products, COOPERS won the first contract to supply walking sticks to the NHS in 1947. By the mid-1990's, COOPERS expanded into the Daily Living Aids market. Acquired by Sunrise Medical in 1995, COOPERS products are supplied throughout the United Kingdom and we pride ourselves on consistently supplying value for money products.
