We are very excited to announce that we have accomplished a new milestone continuing our growth journey.
Sunrise Medical Group has secured 9,200 sqm of state-of-art space in Gorzów, marking the very first tenancy of this highly innovative and sustainability-conscious greenfield logistics center project!
Recognizing the paramount importance of quality and commitment to sustainability for Sunrise Medical, our great partner MLP GROUP S.A., a leading developer, owner and manager of high-quality logistics and industrial parks and light industrial business parks in Europe, has worked with us closely to explore cutting-edge technologies and environmentally-friendly solutions.
MLP GROUP S.A. is determined to achieve a BREEAM New Construction environmental certification of ‘Excellent’ for the first facility currently under construction, thoughtfully designed to utilise green energy. The whole project will incorporate various eco-friendly features, including heat pumps, electric vehicle chargers, and bicycle racks.
This brand new facility is expected to be in operation in 2024. Together, we continue pushing forward a more inclusive and sustainable future.
